Before joining Dr. Nima's program, I was in the darkest place I had ever been. Darker than I had ever thought possible. I was staying in my house 95% of the time, I didn't see friends, and I hardly saw family. I was blocking myself from love. Even from myself. I started experiencing extreme anxiety every single day. I prayed for my death. I was a prisoner to my own miserable perceptions; shackled by shame, anger, confusion, resentment, and the list goes on.
As soon as I started the program, Nima challenged me RIGHT away. He asked something of me that I at first, refused to do. He then told me, "then I can't work with you." That hit me hard... I was like, who does this dude think he is?! Of course, I quickly complied, and the rest is history.
I am now out of my house, living a more fulfilled life, and am only moving forward and accomplishing everything I desire. What I love about this program is that it gives you the actual TOOLS needed in order to live the most fulfilled and happy life. I was so tired of the "think positive!" bullcrap. This stuff is work... And it works, if you do.

Before completing Nima’s Powerfully Aligned program, I’d done my fair share of personal development and I considered myself someone who was self-aware and aligned in many areas of life. With a background working in a helping profession, I make a living teaching others how to transform their lives. I however needed to transform my own.
I came into the program in the throw of an identity crisis. I was burnout, tired, unfulfilled (or so I thought), had poor connections with friends and colleagues, a near non-existent relationship with my father and a terribly strained relationship with mother.
Throughout the program I was slapped in the face with my blind spots, leaned into the fear, grew through the pain and come out the other side more fulfilled with who I am and what I do than ever - with strong and close connections at work and with my friends, I now have a relationship with my father and the closest, most loving relationship with my mother. The shifts I have made are not only noticeable to me but to those close in my life who say I’m a different person.
Doing the work has opened up so many doors for me and I’m still a little stunned with how much growth can happen in 90 days. If it wasn’t for the effective coaching, accountability, and community there’s no way I would be in the position I am today: happy, balanced, connected, abundant and aligned.

Last year before I started Dr. NIma's program I was in a really dark place. I had just had a miscarriage, I had broken up with my partner at the time, I had no money, and I was living with my parents feeling like a total failure asking myself how I could take care of my daughter and the new patients I was going to have if I had not been able to take care of my angel baby.
I felt guilty for the loss of my baby and ashamed.

I remember feeling like I was never going to be at peace and the direction for my life had taken its toll on me. I felt up and down emotionally and felt a huge weight upon my shoulders and I really was so over feeling at the mercy of life.
With that came a feeling of being in fight or flight and that weighed heavily on my health, my asthma was really bad and waking in the night worrying about the next day.

Nima's Powerfully Aligned program has brought about a profound change for the better in my life. When I started, fear of failure, fear of the future, self-doubt, regrets, resentments, and alienation were controlling my life.
Much of this came from unresolved issues from my childhood and youth, and other than talking about them, I did not have a way of clearing the emotional baggage these experiences created. These negatives were in control and preventing me from feeling confident, accomplishing my goals, having genuine relationships and enjoying life with others.

I met Nima Rahmany 1 1/2 years ago. I honestly had no idea how much my life would change back then. I admit I'm the ultimate skeptic, so I cautiously decided to try one more time to find help for the 2 years of paralyzing anxiety I'd been living with.

I was struggling with the grief of losing my two beautiful baby boys to an undiagnosed neurological disorder. I was feeling stuck in my life and career as a chiropractor. Meeting Dr. Nima Rahmany and learning to use his brilliant Overview Method is transforming my life every day.
I was the classic stressed, sick and stuck person however I really did not appear that way. People saw me as a highly functioning together person and depended on me very much.
