You go through a rough period. Perhaps You get a diagnosis. You get dumped. You get hurt.

It sucks– and luckily, you find a sense of safety in knowing you’re not the only one. You find a friend or group of friends, a community, or a group, who have felt your pain and can empathize. You commiserate with them and feel seen, heard, and validated.

Then one day you realize you’ve been leaning way too hard on them and now you look and you’re stuck, thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same feelings, stuck in the same pattern, and having the same conversations.

In this episode of Trigger Proof, I plan on triggering the hell out of people who have unconsciously been stuck on a persistent complaint reaping the unconscious payoffs, but completely unaware of the dire costs of running their stories in their lives.

Here’s the worst part: You might not even be aware that you’re running a story about it. It’s something that you could have buried a long time ago.

If you don’t uproot and clear the story you have, You will notice you’re running into the same patterns, and 5 years down the road, you HAVEN’T gotten better, haven’t progressed in healing, and you’re still telling the same story and you’ve made NO forward movement. By seeking support, we are stagnating in growth and progress and healing.

In the show, I will detail the exact path to victory required in order to solve the stagnation and finally connect to a purpose and direction. When you get that right– a path will clear and instead of seeking support, you find a worthwhile challenge to tackle and suddenly the experience of being alive emerges.
